## Description

Hightown Housing Association procured Freya Comprehensive Fire Solutions to provide independent fire safety advice on Lord Alexander House\. They issued two reports and sent emailed correspondence in 2020 identifying the omission of cavity barriers to the external wall construction, the use of non-fire rated insulation behind the Trespa cladding and raised significant concerns as to the presence of other measures required to prevent spread of flame through the facades and between some adjoining flats\.
