Work description
Proposals are invited to provide a bespoke Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which includes a Participation Tracking System for use by Northumberland County Council, on behalf of the North of Tyne Combined Authority. the. This system will be used for performance management of the three year North of Tyne Working Homes project.
