The Independent Health Care Advocacy Service (IHCAS), is a free to use service helping people to use the NHS complaints process which covers all NHS funded treatment and service provision including: -\r \r • Information about how to complain including who to complain to \r • Details and explanation on the complaints process and options at each stage of the process \r • Signposting people to other organisations who can help them if the Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service can't\r • Providing people with an information pack to help them make a complaint themselves\r • Providing people with an advocate to support them if they need more help
