The Independent Health Care Advocacy Service \(IHCAS\), is a free to use service helping people to use the NHS complaints process which covers all NHS funded treatment and service provision including: -\\r \\r • Information about how to complain including who to complain to \\r • Details and explanation on the complaints process and options at each stage of the process \\r • Signposting people to other organisations who can help them if the Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service can't\\r • Providing people with an information pack to help them make a complaint themselves\\r • Providing people with an advocate to support them if they need more help
