Scarborough Ward, Skegness Hospital Bathroom Refurbishment

The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for Scarborough Ward, Skegness Hospital Bathroom Refurbishment. This invitation to tender is based around 2 options. The Authority will decide which option they wish to carry forward post tender evaluation. All work will be awarded following further competition in line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all specified requirements within the further competition documentation. The Contract for Scarborough Ward, Skegness Hospital Bathroom Refurbishment is scheduled to commence on agreement with awarded supplier. The Authority anticipates the work to start on site shortly after the contract award.
