## Description

Kingston upon Hull City Council is seeking suitable qualified providers to deliver a 2 year and 2 months contract for sexual health services, with an option to extend for a further 2 years\. Hull City Council is conducting the procurement using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation \(CPN\) \(Light Touch Regime\) in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(SI 2015/102\) \(PCR 2015\) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification \(Services\)\. The service will be broken down into 2 lots: Lot 1: Integrated Sexual Health Service\. Lot 2: Sexual Health Promotion Service\. The anticipated service commencement date is 1 February 2019, TUPE will apply\.
