Supply of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Service

Description

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking to engage the services of an external provider in order to provide an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to employees of the Council for a duration of two years plus an optional one further year. The Council requires a fully managed EAP service: • To provide a confidential 24/7, 365 days a year telephone counselling, and advice service to all employees to support them at stressful times for example medical and wellbeing, finance, legal issues. • To support the Councils People Strategy - Attracting a Modern Workforce and Providing a Modern Workplace.
