## Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is inviting quotations for the refurbishment of one of its temporary accommodation units\. Flat C of 58 London Road has been identified for some routine repairs as part of our planned maintenance programme for 2017/18\. The property provides temporary accommodation and consists of 4No self contained flats \(A,B,C & D\) along with a communal entrance area, services cupboard and stairwell to the first floor\. Currently flat C is empty, although the other units are occupied\. Works include \(but are not limited too\): • Strip Out Works • Internal Upgrades & Redecorations\. • External Roof Repair • Fire Proofing Measures\. • Replacement of Existing Mechanical Ventilation\.
