## Description

DE&S branded polo-shirts and fleeces will be purchased for permanent issue to existing ETCoE Learners and subsequent future cohorts across all ETCoE schemes to promote the DE&S brand, give a sense of pride and organisational belonging to Learners and boost positive behaviours\.
