## Description

The EA continue to require in house capabilities to oversee benefits case management with particular focus on organisational and commercial dimensions\. The work involves undertaking benchmarking assessments to lead to a gap analysis\. This will be followed by work to embed change across the organisation\. Familiarity with organisational and transformational benefits management is critical, as is working within similar environments, and having demonstrable experience in delivery of efficiencies and benefits\.
