Market test - Provision of Software Business Network for Falmouth University

Launchpad is seeking to procure the services of a network that will be able to provide the following within its subscription fee:

1. Student/individual membership for those in the incubation phase of Launchpad, prior to incorporation. 2. Entry-level membership of the network for its businesses their first year of incorporation. 3. The network should be active in supporting the networking of local software businesses with each other. 4. The network should be contributing to the skills pipeline in Cornwall, including working with local educational institutions, so that the long-term sustainable growth potential of the businesses built by Launchpad is enhanced. 5. The network should be co-operating with regional groups such as Tech South-West and national groups such as Tech Nation to work effectively in profiling Cornwall as a good place to build a software business. 6. The network should be in good working relationship with other Cornwall tech players, such as conferences like Agile on the Beach, creating opportunities and profile for member businesses and organisations.
