## Description

The Highways England \(HE\) requires a contract for provision of the service of amending, updating and improving the Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works \(MCHW\) Volumes 0-6\. The tasks include: Taking account of technical changes arising from research and/or feedback and the introduction of new or amended British, European and other technical standards and approvals\. Incorporation of amendments arising as a result of the review of the DMRB project \(FutureDMRB\) Collaboration with the supplier tasked with delivering the Future MCHW project, projected to start in financial year mid 18/19, and the move of the MCHW to the collaborative software package \(CARS\)\. Ensuring that any necessary changes arising as a result of the withdrawal of the UK from Europe are identified, drafted and incorporated into the MCHW in a timely manner
