T1409 Luton Council Mini / Further Competition via the LHC Refurbishment and Modernisation (RM3 WS5 LOT 9 below 0 - £750K) Framework, multi-disciplinary Works Technical Specification, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, Band 1. The Council has undertaken a PCR15 Further Competition procurement approach for the refurbishment of a residential property relating to the above mentioned framework Following this procurement approach, a tender submission , evaluation and moderation, the Council has awarded this project to the successful bidder following a standstill period in which all suppliers were informed of the outcome of the award.
