## Description

Children's Rights Service Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Children's Rights Service Project Description Swindon Borough Council is looking to commission a Children's Rights Service to enable children and young people to have a say in decisions that are made about them\. The Children's Rights Service will be independent of the statutory services provided in Swindon and will champion the voice of children in care, children at Child Protection Conferences and disabled children who are in the care of Swindon Borough Council or living in Swindon\. The contract will include the following elements: • An Advocacy Service • An Independent Visitors Service Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents\. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www\.supplyingthesouthwest\.org\.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents\. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis\.com Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 2 years commencing 1st June 2018 with the option to extend for a further 2 years plus 2 years subject to satisfactory performance, meeting KPIs and budget availability\. Total potential term is 6 years\.
