PF2 Financial Advisors A303 Stonehenge

The A303 Stoneheng is a significant road improvement project. Our proposed solution is to build a 1.8 mile (2.7km) tunnel under the Stonehenge World Heritage Site; a bypass for Winterbourne Stoke and improve the junctions between the A303 and the intersecting A345 and A360. The project is expected to be procured using a Private Finance (PF2) (Design, Build, Finance and Maintain) contract requiring privately financed capital expenditure of around £1.3bn.
