Description
The BFI launched the Young Audiences Content Fund (YACF) on the 1 April 2019. It is a three year pilot to support the creation of distinctive, high-quality content for children and young audiences to be broadcast on UK Ofcom regulated, free to access public service platforms. Assigned up to £57 million from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), the Fund aims to stimulate the creation of high-quality content for audiences up to the age of 18 that entertains, informs and reflects their experiences of growing up across the UK today. We want to work with a PR and Communications team who can take us to the next stage of the communications plan for the YACF and are as passionate and excited about its potential as we are. We are looking for a team who have real knowledge and insight into young audiences and the broadcast sector and who can develop a compelling and creative approach to telling the Fund's story to both consumers and industry. Working alongside the Fund and the BFI's in house PR team, the successful agency will have the passion and vibrancy that reflects the team's energy and commitment to the success of the Fund.
