CSF Lot 2B - WPB18W MB Work Package 2018 West

Description

Cumbria County Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the following Work Package: Work Package WPB18W: This work package is made up of 42# bridges varying in type, however the majority consist of single or multi span stone arch structures on both main and ordinary watercourses. The structures have all been inspected following the December 2015 flood event and work scopes developed by the Council Technical Approval Authority (TAA) that identify the type of damage and elements affected. The Package will be procured by a two stage design and build contract stage 1 design NEC Option C Target Cost activity schedule, with the stage two build works being awarded at the sole discretion of the client being an NECC Option A fixed price activity schedule contract. Awarded via the Capital Schemes Framework
