## Description

National Highways Major Project Delivery Services \(MPDS\) is looking to set up a national contract for the provision of feasibility and detailed design services for biodiversity projects that are outside the red line boundaries of major schemes, contained within the National Highways \(NH\) Delivery Plan\. This is procurement of biodiversity technical partners with technical experience and knowledge of biodiversity, ecology, stakeholder management, project management, surveys and explaining information to non technical specialists\.
