Local Housing Assessment Needs

Description

The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to prepare a Local Housing Needs Assessment that:\r informs the context for the Borough's housing requirement for the emerging Local Plan period;\r - determines the need for affordable housing for the Borough;\r - determines the needs for different groups of people in the Borough; and\r - sets out the implications for planning policy resulting from the analysis and provides recommendations on a strategy to accommodate future needs.
