## Description

The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to prepare a Local Housing Needs Assessment that:\\r informs the context for the Borough's housing requirement for the emerging Local Plan period;\\r - determines the need for affordable housing for the Borough;\\r - determines the needs for different groups of people in the Borough; and\\r - sets out the implications for planning policy resulting from the analysis and provides recommendations on a strategy to accommodate future needs\.
