## Description

3D modelling successfully delivered the data model to provide detailed insights into MCA SAR-H activities and Emergency Service aviation partners\. In addition to the scope of the commission, a proof of concept model was delivered highlighting an opportunity to develop an innovative tool to aide potential UKSAR2G service providers to tailor their bids\. Phase 1 was successfully delivered in early Mar '20 having provided significant insight that reinforces the SAR2G strategy\. Phase 2 remains within the purview of the MoU between the Home Office & MCA and will deliver an intuitive model which enables both the MCA and potential bidders to develop and assess opportunities for the development of an innovative SAR2G operating model\. The extension costs are required for an external contractor to complete two additional pieces of analysis to support ongoing work with the Oil & Gas industry and the RNLI\.
