ESFA Best Practice/Continuous Improvement Programme for the National Careers Service

The Best Practice Programme is made up of a range of activities and interventions that aim to raise the overall consistency and quality of the National Careers Service offer. The objective is to move the service towards establishing, sharing and implementing sustainable models of best practice across the National Careers Service network. The Best Practice programme draws together data from a range of primary and secondary sources, including from the Mystery Shopping and Customer Satisfaction programmes in order to share good practice examples across the network and drive up performance and outcomes.
