## Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council will be recommissioning the provision for the Community Drug and Alcohol Service \(CDAS\) for young people and adults\. Ensuring a high-quality prevention, treatment and effective recovery system is in place in the City, whilst embedding the additional investment as part of the implementation of the National Drugs Strategy at a local level\.
