Review of Commercial Services function

Description

The overall aim of the review is to provide Merton with a revised operating model for its Commercial Services. The expected outcome being that Commercial Services will be in the best possible position to sustainably deliver an even better service, greater value for money, increased savings and efficiencies, deliver against the Council's social and equality agendas, as well as delivering against the National Procurement Policy Statement. It has been acknowledged that in order to successfully deliver all of the above, the pace of change needs to be far greater than has been possible to achieve to date.
