## Description

RBK is looking to appoint a consultant to review the Council owned site that houses the Kingston waste cleansing, collections, waste transfer, grounds maintenance, and HRRC services\. The site is referred to as the 'Villiers Road Site'\.\\r The outcome of this Project will form the basis for the business case in RBK's plans for the redevelopment of the Villiers Road Waste Site\.
