Manufacture, Supply and Install residential units for low-cost housing provision

Outline proposals are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies to design, manufacture and install a cost-effective solution to provide low-cost accommodation for single people under 35 affected by the welfare reforms. These proposals will be shortlisted and suitable companies then invited to submit fully detailed designs and plans, from which a final selection will be made. It is anticipated that the solution will be built off site to minimise cost and disruption.
