Travel Management Services

The Contracting Authority has an ongoing requirement for travel management services, including the booking of rail travel, air travel and hotel accommodation for business use via an electronic system. The Contract has been awarded on behalf of United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Partnerships Foundation NHS Trust. The initial contract term is 30 months, with 1 x 12 month extension periods. The full contract term is 42 months. The contract value is for the full term of the contract, so is inclusive of the 1 x 12 month extension periods. This is call-off via the NEPO Travel Management Framework.
