The Lyndhurst centre provides office accommodation for the family placement team and is located off Lyndhurst Crescent, Swindon. The property is adjacent to Goddard Park School and situated within its own site with vehicular access and parking.

The centre consists of office space, meeting rooms, training rooms, corridors, toilets and classrooms with a paved external courtyard at the rear and a small tarmac car park to the front.

Based on a performance specification Swindon Borough Council requires a FENSA registered contractor to undertake the design and replacement of the existing single glazed windows (mix of timber and metal frame) and timber infill panels.
