Description
This RFQ is seeking a supplier to support the Philippines in developing offshore wind (OSW) by validating and refining its first marine spatial planning (MSP) tool. The tool helps government agencies like the Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) identify suitable OSW sites while balancing environmental, social, and technical factors. The project will strengthen the tool's methodology, integrate gender and social data, and develop a practical mitigation framework aligned with permitting processes. It will also build the capacity of government agencies to apply the tool, supporting a sustainable and inclusive OSW rollout.
