Framework agreement for planned preventative maintenance/servicing, reactive breakdown, repair and replacement services plus new minor works services for electrical, mechanical and building work for Council owned and managed buildings situated within the borough of Halton. This framework offers no guarantee or exclusivity of work. All tenderers must register as a supplier and express an interest at www.the-chest.gov.uk to be considered for this tender.
