## Description

The procurement aims to support up to 120 households in Kingston with the Greater London Authority \(GLA\) Warmer Homes scheme application\. As the application process is often a significant barrier for residents to secure home improvement grants, the procurement will benefit residents that otherwise would not be able to apply\. The offer will build on the existing Warm Homes Better Health programme, which is successfully run by Public Health and delivered by the successful bidder\.
