Responsive Repairs, Voids, Minor Package Works, Disabled Adaptations and Electrical Works, is for residential properties for Poole Housing Partnership Ltd (PHP) responsive maintenance, void properties maintenance, minor package works, disabled adaptations, planned maintenance of electrical works and electrical upgrades (refer to Appendix A Specification and Preliminaries, Section 2.2) to all of PHP residential dwellings, and communal areas.
