Regeneration Services Partner to support a comprehensive programme of work which will transform Plymouth City Centre over the coming 10 to 15 years.\r \r The Regeneration Services Partner will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide expert advice to the Council providing co-ordinated design, cost and engineering services to support feasibility work, viability assessments and options appraisals. The outputs will be used to support key decisions, local policy development and business cases for funding applications.\r Estimated value:£150,000.00
