NHSBSA UR Participant Recruitment Contract

Please note this award notice is a replacement for the previously published notice on 16 March 2022 with procurement reference CF-0706500D0O000000rwimUAA1. This notice includes the Contractual Terms and Conditions. Contract for the provision of a service to source User Research Participant (URP) capability to support the delivery of digital projects and programmes on the Digital Pipeline. The NHSBSA require participant recruitment for regular user research activities and the utilisation of this contract will source participants that reflect the diverse make-up of people who use NHSBSA and government services. The value of the contract is capped at £950,000 and services will be called off within the financial cap of the contract. The contract includes the provision to extend by a 6 month period following the initial 2 year term as per the terms and conditions of the Crown Commercial Services Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 Framework.
