The buyer is seeking a contractor to enable the executive health and social care leadership in Dorset embed effective partnership working and governance structures, embedding a whole-system approach to shared policy and joint decision-making; agreeing 'one version of the truth' to become a 'data-driven system' and develop the implementation plan from recommendations identified from a BCF Support Programme support offer delivered at the same time. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
