Responsive Repairs & Maintenance in the North North Region

Stonewater is to re-procure its Repairs and Maintenance Services in the North North Region of the UK (North West & North East). We currently manage approximately 1600 properties in this area and the new contract will commence on 1 June 2024 with a 6-8 month mobilisation period. Stonewater are holding a virtual Supplier Engagement session on Friday 24th March 2023 @ 11:30. This will be an open forum for us to discuss and get ideas from interested providers on how the new requirement will look. We will use this opportunity to build and shape the new requirement in the best possible way to form a successful long term contract.
