Transformation Partner

Description

The council seeks to appoint a single transformation partner through ESPO Consultancy Services 664_25 Lot 10: Strategic Programmes and Projects to deliver a two phase programme: • Phase 1 (Diagnostic) - an independent, evidenced based review of services, operating models and structures, with quantified, prioritised recommendations and a delivery roadmap based review of services, operating models and structures, with quantified, prioritised recommendations and a delivery roadmap • Phase 2 (Delivery support) - this phase is optional and will be subject to Phase 1 acceptance and a council decision to proceed, the partner will support implementation of agreed initiatives. This contract is for phase 1 only. A new notice will be published should the Council wish to proceed to phase 2.
