Chough House Mechanical & Electrical Works

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake a Mechanical and Electrical works contract.

The overall project comprises the conversion of Chough House, a former office building located in River Street, Truro, Cornwall, to a Safe Place to Stay facility for Cornwall Housing, providing 3-5 nights respite for homeless people and providing ancillary spaces for staff on site.

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tender based on 80% Price and 20% Quality.
