## Description

The purpose of the External Appraisal Facilitator will be to externally facilitate the appraisal of the Board and Committees to ensure: • the continued good governance of the Society, • compliance with the appraisal requirements set out in the HCA regulatory standard for Governance and Viability, and the NHF 2015 Code of Governance, • the process is rigorous and benefits from independence of judgement\. Documents are available to download from www\.the-chest\.org\.uk from 10\.30am on the 13/06/16 and submissions should be made no later than 12pm on the 04/07/16\.
