Commercial Mechanical Service and Maintenance & Domestic Heating Installation Contract 2017

Description

The ongoing service and maintenance of the commercial scale heating, water (hot and cold), ventilation, air conditioning systems and gas appliance catering equipment.- Installation and replacement of domestic heating systems, including boiler replacement, complete system replacements.The contract period is initially for a period of 11 months May 2017 to March 2018, there after subject to an annual review, renewable every 12 months, (Subject to a satisfactory quality an performance review) up to and maximum of 5 years:- Year 1 - May 2017 to 31st March 2018- Year 2 - 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019- Year 3 - 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020- Year 4 - 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021- Year 5 - 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022Contract will maintain flexibility and capacity to accommodate additional commercial schemes for maintenance and a variable domestic heating installation programme, as well as deletions of schemes / locations as and when they occur.
