## Description

We have previously commissioned research into understanding doctors' decisions to migrate from the UK identified different types of migrating doctors based on common characteristics, contexts and factors influencing migration decisions\. The proposed research aims to use quantitative methods to validate or revise our understanding of these different types of doctors leaving the UK to practise abroad and their migration journeys\.
