RFP NO. MMB/18/11/2022 TO SOURCE FOR THE RE-PACKING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE 2022/23 TERM 2 & 3 EXPANDED PILOT MATERIALS

Description

The scope of this RFP includes the unstuffing of containers, loaded with full boxes without pallets, re-packing the books school-wise, labelling of boxes, and distribution of 701,000 learner workbooks (for standard 1,2,3,4) for Term 2 and 659,000 workbooks (for standard 1,2,3,4) for Term 3 to 1120 schools in all regions of Malawi. The quantity may vary with (+/-)10% at the time of signing the contract. The books will be delivered to the designated warehouse in Lilongwe. The distribution will be done in two phases. The first phase includes the re-packing and the distribution of Term 2 workbooks to all the 1120 schools in Malawi, on or before 16th December 2022. The second phase will be the re-packing and distribution of the Term 3 workbooks to the same 1120 schools between the 28th March and the 14th April 2023.
