RegenCo -East Hampshire District Council \(hereafter called RegenCo\) has a strategy of bidding for other Local Authority consultancy requirements by utilising their internal expertiseRegenCo is a business support service established by East Hampshire District Council \(EHDC\) to assist other local authorities and similar bodies and partnerships with accelerating the delivery of large-scale housing and mixed-use development, town centre \(re\)developments and other regeneration projects\.
