Advice on a digital solution for the National Centre for Police Leadership

The College of Policing are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified professional service provider (PSP) to provide an empirical, objective steer from an agency that has a whole market view of learning and development digital platforms. The work through this tender will appraise the College's 'as is' state respective of where and how the existing NCPL products are hosted and develop a roadmap for an ambitious 'to be', setting out steps needed to achieve the agreed world class vision.
