Security Services at Whitecross Road

Description

The role is primarily to provide Out of Hours Security for the building at Whitecross Road and its residents, and to be a direct and visible point of contact for customers, staff, visitors, contractors etc. The Concierge Security Team will also be a point of contact for residents who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation and liaise with emergency services as appropriate They will ensure that a high standard and professional service is given and will work jointly with partner organisations (for example, with support providers) and work in line with relevant Citizen policies and procedures • Providing a security presence at the scheme. • Monitoring door entry and CCTV cameras. • Only allowing access to licensees or professionals only. • Blocking scheme access for any unauthorised persons. • Reporting and dealing with any emergency repairs / contractors and allowing access as and when required. • Dealing with any activation of the fire alarm system, Evacuation, resetting fire alarm panel when safe. • Dealing with Emergencies and the various Emergency services as required. • Tackling any minor ASB before escalates out of control, I: E Noise. • Hourly walk around the scheme and checking all areas of the building and the perimeter including external areas. • Completion of MG security logs at the end of each shift to hand back to Citizen & Herefordshire Council staff. • Provide access to first aid supplies in the office, including defib, naloxone pens as required (MG staff are first aid trained )
