Work description
This is an ongoing Application process to provide Walsall Council with Residential & Nursing Care Services for people with Complex Needs.
This includes: Complex Care Admissions o Learning Disability - Nursing o Learning Disability - Residential o Physical and Sensory Disabilities - Nursing o Mental Health - (Functional Illness) Complex o Mental Health - (Functional Illness) Nursing o Mental Health - (Functional Illness) Residential o Mental Health - (Functional Illness) Rehabilitation o Mental Health - Dementia Complex
Continuing Healthcare
o Complex Physical Needs - Continuing Health Care
All organisations that provide Nursing and Residential Care services for people with Complex Needs are required to complete the documents specified and submit their CQC Registration Certificate(s).
