Chancellor's Wharf Refurbishment Works

Lancaster University is inviting tenders for the Refurbishment of Kent House, Lune House and Wyre House student residences (Chancellor's Wharf, Aldcliffe Road, Lancaster, LA1 1WB) to provide new kitchens, wc's and showers, new laundry and new Warden's office/staff welfare area under a non-negotiable JCT Intermediate Contract, with Contractors Design of the alterations and modifications to the mechanical and electrical services. This tender is not lotted. One contractor will be awarded the full package of work and must be fully available to mobilise so as to commence work on site on 17.07.17. The University will host an accompanied site visit 07.06.17 commencing 10a.m. at LA1 1WB.
