The CSA Catapult is seeking to purchase a Parametric analyser - software controlled instrument to characterise semiconductors devices across a wide range of parameters, and a Curve Tracer to characterise semiconductor devices across a wide range of parameters as described in the specification\. The items must be fully compatible with one another\. The Catapult may also purchase additional related services\.
