Work description

To enable fully automated recording of fuel use across our depots, NTL need to upgrade the existing infrastructure to facilitate this automation.

This project comprises the design and installation of suitable automated fuel use recording systems to meet the technical requirements of NTL and interface with our nominated SAP system.

The successful Contractor shall be responsible for the design and installation of the automated fuel system to meet the scope of items included in this document. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for developing a design that can be implemented at the three sites identified as follows: •Neville Hill TCC - 8 fuel pumps to upgrade •Hull Botanic Gardens - 4 fuel pumps to upgrade •Sheffield - 3 fuel pumps to upgrade

The works shall include full calibration and commissioning of the system and confirmation that the records can be accessed remotely for future integration into our SAP reporting system and Maximo when the systems transfer.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
