GB-Derby: Roofing Framework

Description

Awarded as a result of a call for further competition on Derby Homes' roofing framework (TB1510). The work is for Cowsley phases 1 and 2, which involves the renewal of roof coverings. Additional information: The Contracting authority considers that this contract maybe suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement in the tender documents. Derby Homes is an Arms Lengths Management organisation responsible for the upkeep of approximately 13,500 council properties (houses, flats and bungalows) along with other council non housing stock (e.g. certain public buildings , schools etc.) and other stock for specialist housing groups. The right is reserved not to proceed or not to award a contract for the whole or part of this procurement. Neither the contracting authority nor any person on whose behalf of whomthis procurement is undertaken is to be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for these contracts.
